
Use the Brand list to select a desired sub group. Further selections will take you to machine specific data. To navigate back, simply reverse the selection process by pressing the Brand button displaying the left arrow.
To return to directly to the home screen from any area of the program, press the Stiles Available Inventory logos in either the top left or bottom left of the screens.
Use the search field to find a specific machine MS# or model. As you type, the matching criteria will automatically be filtered and displayed in the Brand list.
As you navigate to a specific machine, you will see two tabs. The Overview tab displays the detailed description of the machine and includes specific information such as location, price and voltage. The information is identical to what is found in SMILE under the MS processing tab.
Any machine with a Hold status will have hold notes displayed as they appear in SMILE. These notes are available to any user and as such are considered Public.
Private notes can be maintained by individual users. To add your own private notes, simply press the Add Note button in the Notes tab and begin typing in the pop-up box. When finished, click the Add Note button again to save. To see your notes and access the machines that contain your notes, simply press the My Notes button from the home page.
To edit your existing notes, press the Edit button next to the note and make the changes needed. Once you are finished, press the Edit Note button at the bottom of the dialogue box.
Private notes will be maintained as updates occur until the machine is sold and removed from the AML.You can access your Private notes from the home screen by pressing the My Notes button. All notes entered by you will be displayed. You can navigate directly to the specific machine by clicking the MS# or machine hyperlink in the list.
You can access a complete listing of all machines with Public notes by pressing the All Notes button from the home screen.A Request Quote button is located within the machine specific data page. A dialogue box is displayed by pressing the button. Once each of the data blocks have been filled out, you will be able to send the request to your Regional Sales Administrator by pressing the Request Quote button at the bottom of the box.
For users with access rights, machine counts and inventory values by brand can be viewed using the Statistics button on the home screen. The lists and charts are interactive. By selecting the specific group/age from the filter list or slice in the pie chart, the user can drill down into specific reports.
